A person was caught on camera driving a Chrysler 300 through a fenced area of a sidewalk at the 16th Street Mall in Denver, then crashing into another car and driving off with flat tires.
9NEWS obtained footage of the Nov. 3 hit-and-run from Devon Wittstruck, who said he was on his way to dinner when he saw the car parked where the sidewalk crosses 16th Street.
