Desmond Tutu, the former Anglican Archbishop of Cape Town, celebrates his 2013 Templeton Prize award with a special ceremony in the city's St George's Cathedral (11 April 2013).
It was announced earlier this month that Archbishop Tutu was awarded the prize for his lifelong work in advancing spiritual principles which have helped to liberate people around the world.
The prize is valued at £1.1 million pounds.
