Police have arrested scores of protesting University of Pretoria students. This after the University obtained a court interdict barring students from protesting on Campus. The protesting group is made up of EFF Student Command, Sasco and others. They are calling for the University to scrap Afrikaans and only use English as a medium of instruction language.
