You can use Icing/Powdered Sugar in place of Caster Sugar
You can also use Plain Flour or All Purpose Flour in place of Cake Flour
You can use Vanilla Flavour or Lemon Flavour in place of Almond Flavour

Ingredients I Used
- 1½ cups of Cake Flour
- 100g of Egg whites
- 100g of Butter or Margarine
- ¼ cup of Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup of Caster Sugar
- ½ tablespoon of Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- 1 teaspoon of Almond Flavour/ Essence
