Prof. Alessandro Teixeira from Tsinghua University, also former minister of Tourism and Executive of Development Industry and Foreign Trade of Brazil, said, "On one side they advocate free trade, they advocate free measures … we see that with semiconductors, we are seeing that with 'chip four', the alliance that the United States proposed with South Korea, with Japan, towards the semiconductors and chip industry to avoid competition."
