First of all, with normal gameplay this is not possible. If you initially refused to help Keira Metz to find the lamp, this area will always be closed. Because of this, we'll need to use mods to access the area behind the door.

Step 1) install the following mods:

Step 2) Go to the door blocking the way
Step 3) Use the command "Phase(N)" to teleport the given number forward. In this case, 2 or 3 should be enough.
Step 4) Profit

Use the same command to leave the area since, even though you cannot see the door from the other side, it is still there and will block you from just walking out.
