This video shows surgical technique to repair the over filtering bleb causing hypotony and related maculopathy. Glaucoma filtering surgery Trabeculectomy with Mitomycin-C was done 3 years back in this pay . This surgery is special as scleral flap melt was noticed on table. As cadaveric scleral graft was not available, so surgeon used adjacent fibrous and episcleral tissue to create graft and cover the scleral defect. Post operative results are excellent as not only IOP reached target level without antiglaucoma medications, it also resolved retinal folds and bleb also took ideal shape.
