(14 Oct 1994) Haitians no longer afraid to say out loud the name of their exiled
president were on Thursday (13/10) making welcome signs and
completing paintings of Jean-Bertrand Aristide. He was scheduled
to return to Port-au-Prince on Saturday. His supporters were
planning an enthusiastic welcome. American troops patrolled the streets of the capital to maintain order.
