Why is Korea’s Fertility Rate dropping?

Many domestic news media has been saying it’s because of the increased women population at workforce. Hello? Please don’t blame women.

Just when I felt like I’ve started to build something, I realized that my biological clock won’t wait for me. Our case must be a bit unique since Ed is under the military contract and moving around every couple years guaranteed that my income can’t be higher than his. So it was our mutual understanding that until we’re done having babies I will put a hold on my career and stay home instead of putting most of my salary into outsourced childcare.
It was a hard trade off. Now that we met JJ, it’s the biggest blessing, but I would have avoided staying home with him if I had another choice.
But raising a child is the best thing we ever experienced! Truly.
Hopefully our intention for this video is clear. Being the parents has been the hardest yet the best job in the world.
