Ingredients:

500g Mutton
500g Rice (soaked for 1/2hr in water)
2 medium-sized onions
2 TBS ginger garlic paste
5 cup water
2 TBS white cumin seeds
1 TSP black cumin
3 black big cardamom
1/4 TSP whole black pepper
4 cloves
6 green cardamom
250g carrot
1 TBS sugar
1cup raisin
1 TBS salt
1/2 cup oil
2 TBS ghee/butter
