THE INGREDIENTS;
Ribeye steak.
Frag Out Flavor Bunker Buster seasoning.
Avacado oil.
This is the very first dish I cooked on my new Ninja Foodi Smart XL Pro Grill and Griddle! I decided to start with a ribeye steak. And it was amazing. I was blown away by how easy it is to prep, set up, and cook.
The dry brine that is mentioned in the title means a salt based seasoning. Plus letting the steak absorb it. I explained it in the video. And this is the first time I've ever used it.
The Ninja actually has Ninja Smart Technology and preheats, tells you when to add food, flip, and when cooking is done. It even gives a timer for a steak to rest. Never seen anything like it.
