Visual Description: A pretty, young woman sits and faces the camera. She has brown hair that has been curled and wears large eyeglasses over her brown eyes. She reads from lips fire red with lipstick. She's dressed in a dramatic black dress with a poofy white blouse underneath and an old-fashioned butterfly necklace. The book she holds in her hands is rather ancient and decrepit. There are bookshelves with a wide variety of books in the background.
Description: I stumbled across a possible typo in The Phantom Lover. In chapter 20 the word "again" is used in a context where the word "against" would typically be used. I suspect that this might be a typo. I thought this was interesting, especially since in the modern-day people still sometimes use similarly spelled words with different meanings from one another and miss them in editing.
