INGREDIENTS
To Make Batter:
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1/4 Cup rice flour
- 1/4 Tsp Baking soda
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Curd
- Sliced Coconut - 1 tbsp
- Chopped Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Green Chilli - 1 /2
- Curry Leaves - 5to 6
- Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
To Make Chutney:
- 1/2 Cup fresh coconut
- 1 Tbsp roasted chana dal
- 1/2 Inch ginger and 2 green chilli
- Salt to taste
- Some water
- 1 Tbsp oil + 1/2 Tsp mustard (raai)
- 4-5 Curry leaves
- Broken dried red chilli
