The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released a report on October 19, 2020 saying that insurance premiums in the ACA Marketplace will be trending lower for 2021. On average, premiums will drop by 2% over last year. In Wisconsin, that decrease is closer to 3.4%, with more insurance issuers participating on HealthCare.Gov. Open Enrollment begins November 1, 2020 and runs through December 15, 2020 for health insurance coverage that begins January 1, 2021.
