Destin Florida is huge on real estate and a home appraisal is essentially the financial gate-keeper of any real estate deal. I recently came across a great article in FinanceBuzz, written by Jenny Cohen, that caught my attention. "11 Secrets Home Appraisers Don’t Want You to Know." Clever title Jenny! So, I read on. While these 11 topics may not exactly be “secrets” many are little-known facts about how a home appraiser arrives at an appraised value.
