4Ks Recipe: In this video we see how to make Pachi Pulusu Recipe Andhra Style ( పచ్చి పులుసు). You can say this recipe also as Raw Rasam. This is famous recipe from Telengana and Andhra Pradesh. It can be writtern as pacchi,pachi,pachhi in english.

SERVINGS :3
MEASUREMENTS : 1 CUP = 250 ML

INGREDIENTS
[ ]1 brinjal ( roasted and smashed )
[ ]1 cup or 2 large onions finely chopped
[ ]1 cup tamarind juice
[ ]1/2 cup roasted peanut powder
[ ]3 tbs jaggery
[ ]Salt
[ ]3 cups water
[ ]Coriander leaves finely chopped

you can also add tamarind to it.
