Ingredients:
Crushed ice
Pilsner glass
Barspoon or chopstick (to create hole for straw)
Muddler
Straw for cocktail
Instructions: Blend crushed ice until the consistency of "snow cone ice". Fill a pilsner glass halfway and gently push down to compact with muddler. Fill the remaining glass with ice, and gently tamp down again, leaving about 1 inch of space from the top of the glass.
Poke hold through center of ice mold with chopsticks, barspoon or other utensil. Widen hole enough for your cocktail straw to fit. Check fit of cocktail straw, widening just a little more. Tamp down gently once more, remove ice cone, and freeze overnight before use.
