This is a very delicious, and healthy recipe made using yellow moong dal. You can add any vegetables of your choice. This recipe makes 2 pancakes.
Ingredients
Moong Dal - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Green chilies - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onions - 3 tbsp
Green bell pepper - 3 tbsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Eno or Baking soda - 3/4 tsp
