CAMPS
Freedom in Motion parkour gym offers week-long half-day Summer, Spring, & Winter camps for all experience levels from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Camps are focused on instruction like our parkour sessions, as well as fun, with plenty of games, obstacle courses, and free-play thrown in!
SPECIAL EVENTS
In addition to parkour sessions, Freedom in Motion parkour gym frequently offers special events like guest coach workshops, Parent Night Outs, and so much more. OPEN GYM
Open gym is a time for anyone to come practice in our gym. Coaches will be watching over things, but will not be giving instruction.
It is required that you take at least one of our parkour beginner sessions or workshops or attend a kids birthday party before participating in an open gym session.
