A family is suing the Oriana House in Akron, claiming they weren't warned after a man fled the facility to commit murder in Minnesota.

Franklin White is accused of fatally stabbing 32-year-old Ryan Peterson in Minneapolis. He had previously stalked Peterson's wife. --
