Voters in rural constituencies were frog marched to polling stations by village heads. Most were allegedly assisted to vote. Zim Human Rights NGO Forum acting director Wilbert Mandinde recently told The Mirror that the practice was rampant in Shurugwi. Affected areas include Gutu. The Mirror has copies of voting lists compiled by village heads.
