Supine with arms at 90°/90°
-- PALPATION AND STABILIZATION --
► Palpation - Proximal to the sternum
► Stabilization - If the patient has weak abdominals, stabilize at their thorax
--MOVEMENT AND RESISTANCE LOCATION/DIRECTION --
► Movement - Keeping the chin depressed, the patient flexes their neck
► Resistance Location/Direction - Apply resistance at the patient's forehead in the direction of neck extension
