Godzilla fan's dreams do come true. The first permanent Godzilla Museum has opened at Nijigen no Mori or literally translated as “two dimensional forest” just southwest of Osaka in Hyogo Prefecture via the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.
The park hasn’t announced the grand opening of the giant lizard attraction but superfans can get a sneak preview of the park’s new Godzilla Museum from now until August 31, visitors can visit the world’s first Godzilla museum, complete with props, dioramas and 80 Godzilla figures from the films. The museum is a collaboration with Toho Cinema, which produces the Godzilla films, so you know everything is authentic.
Zip-line Straight Into a Life-Sized Godzilla! In Japan's Nijigen no Mori, an anime theme park on Awaji Island in Hyogo Prefecture, an insanely cool life-sized Godzilla attraction is now open.
However, the main star of the show, a 120m-long lifelike Godzilla, is yet to be revealed.
In conjunction with Japanese movie studio Toho, the world's first theme park dedicated to everyone's favorite disaster movie lizard opened on October 10th at the Nijigen no Mori amusement park on Awaji Island in Hyogo Prefecture.
