White Stripes performing "We're Going to Be Friends", on the last great "Late night with Conan O'Brien". On February 20, 2009 “Late Night with Conan O'Brien” ended, with the "White Stripes" reuniting on the show to play “We're Going to Be Friends”, the band's last before they officially broke up two years later.
The band’s final performance before "Late night with Conan O'Brien" was 2 years prior at the "BankPlus Amphitheater at Snowden Grove", then known as "the Snowden Grove Amphitheater" in Southaven, Mississippi on July 31st, 2007. If not for the Incredible virile Power of Conan O'Brien this wonderful moment may never have happened. My favorite version of this song
