This video contains a circuitry for reverse polarity protection with NMOS transistor in high side configuration.
Compared with PMOS variant, the circuit requires an additional charge pump supply for Vgs biasing.
A second 3.3V or 5V is necessary to ensure fast switch off of MOSFET and to avoid reverse current.
