In today's video, I decide to take it easy, instead of a hardcore ironman eu4 challenge. I start the game with maximum technology, or all techs unlocked, giving me military technology 32 and a significant advantage over my neighbours... as well as the imperialism and nationalism casus belli! Here's the thing though, apparently the game doesn't like this happening and there's a cheeky little failsafe in place...
