The construction of the House of Hungarian Music, planned by the star architect, Sou Fujimoto is soon to begin as part of Europe’s largest museum development, Liget Budapest Project. In 2014 through an anonymous international contest the Japanese architect’s work has been chosen for the new institute for music in the city park of Budapest, Hungary. During the design stage, Fujimoto drew inspiration from both the worlds of nature and music, these two sources are clearly evident in the details of his final design.
