"He ran over me," Hillsborough County Deputy Kalin Hall cried out after he was rammed by a driver he tried to pull over, body camera footage released by the sheriff's office shows.
The 33-year-old deputy will undergo surgery at Tampa General Hospital Friday morning after he was seriously hurt overnight, the agency said.
