Here are some foods to boost your brain: Colorful fruits and vegetables, like grapes, red peppers, blueberries, and broccoli; leafy green vegetables, like spinach and kale; seafood, such as oysters and salmon; nuts, beans and seeds; fermented foods, like yogurt and sauerkraut; and dark chocolate.
