The die-hard Torquay United fanatic, originally from Somerset, is being replaced with comedian Lloyd Griffith and former Hull and Fulham midfielder Jimmy Bullard.
John “Fenners” Fendley will continue to work on the Sky Sports show, which drew 300,000 viewers at its peak.
She has also guest presented on Channel 4 breakfast show The Big Breakfast with Johnny Vaughan.
In 2004 Helen was splashing around in the Trafalgar Square fountain in a commemorative England-themed bra – allegedly causing a bus driver to crash.
Phil Monk, 26, an electrician from Croydon, saw the crash and told the Evening Standard: “I couldn’t take my eyes off Helen and it looks like the bus driver was no different.”
Comedian Lloyd Griffith tweeted: “Bit of a dream come true, this. Delighted to announce that I’m the new co-host of @SoccerAM. Yes @Fennerssocceram & @jimmybullard!”
Bullard has made a number of TV appearances as a pundit for BT Sport and the BBC since retiring in 2012.
He also starred in I’m A Celebrity in 2014 and has been a guest panellist on TV shows like Celebrity Big Brother and Celebrity Juice.
