Today I am doing a Chinese chicken feet soup. This is super simple recipe to a long time classic when it comes to making soups.
Recipe:
2 lbs Chicken Feet
1 Lotus Root
3 Slices Ginger
1/2 lbs Spare Ribs
1 tbsp Dark Soy
1/2 cup Peanuts
1 pc Dried Octopus/Squid
1 Dried Orange Peel
2 Dried Hoey Dates
8 Dried Red Dates
