You can take just about any USB charger and power to get started.
The Atom talks to your smartphone over your Wifi network.
The Atom talks to just about any Z-Wave smarthome device.
I chose the Anker Elite USB charger because it has a built in surge protector to keep the Atom from being damaged from a AC power surge.

1. Download the app for your smarthome.
2. Plug in the Atom to your USB charger
3. Start the app on your smartphone
4. Create an account in the app for the Atom
5. Start adding Zwave devices to the Atom
