This is a performance by the University of California Santa Barbara Middle East Ensemble. The band leader is Dr. Scott Marcus (also playing Mizmar), and the dance troup leader is Cris Basimah. The song is "Gan al-Hawa" by Abdel Halim Hafez. This was a choreography made by Karim Nagi (also performing on Riqq tambourine) for this ensemble, during Karim Nagi's residence in Decemeber 2012.
