And it is also why there couldn’t be a more timely moment to welcome one of the most popular and enlightening guests we’ve ever had back to London Real Studios. It is of course my good friend Dr Joe Dispenza, the best-selling author, researcher, lecturer and corporate consultant, whose research has led him to develop a practical formula to help people from every corner of the globe transform their lives.
Dr Joe is a truly remarkable person and someone who I love spending time with, not least because of his incredibly inspiring perspective on life. The last time we spoke was not long after the world had been turned upside down, as the Covid-19 pandemic sent shockwaves through society and left many people feeling overwhelmed and fearful.

Dr Joe has travelled the world educating people about the role and function of the human brain. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Doctor of Chiropractic, while his post-graduate training includes the fields of neuroscience and neuroplasticity, quantitative electroencephalogram (QEEG) measurements, epigenetics, mind-body medicine, and brain/heart coherence.
Dr Joe continues to be a passionate researcher and has written numerous books including, ‘Becoming Supernatural’, ‘Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind’, ‘Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One’ and ‘You are the Placebo’, all of which were New York Times bestsellers, and led to a legion of people across the world transforming their lives for the better.
Dr Joe believes that by holding on to the emotions of the past, people from all walks of life struggle to create a new future for themselves, limiting their potential and ultimately their pursuit of happiness.
In fact, his teachings helped me process my own long-held trauma, which was featured in the London Real documentary “RECONNECT” and was instrumental in empowering me to change my perspective and deal with my own unconscious behaviours.
