NECESSARY INGREDIENTES (आवश्यक सामग्री):-
1) पनीर - 300 ग्राम (250g. + 50g.)
2) टमाटर - 4 मीडियम साइज़
3) हरी मिर्च - 2
4) हरा धनिया - 1 टेबलस्पून + 1 टेबलस्पून बारीक कटा हुआ
5) हल्दी - 1 inch का टुकड़ा
6) काजू - 10-12
7) खसखस - 1 टेबलस्पून + 1 टीस्पून
8) बारीक कटा हुआ ड्राई फ्रूट - 3 काजू, 3 बादाम, 7-8 किशमिश
9) साबुत मसाले - 8-10 काली मिर्च, 2 इलाईची, 2 लौंग, 1 tsp सूखे धनिया, 1 छोटा टुकड़ा दालचीनी, 1 तेजपत्ता
10) हींग - 1/4 टीस्पून
11) लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 टीस्पून
12) धनिया पाउडर - 1 टीस्पून
13) नमक - 1/2 टीस्पून + 1/2 टीस्पून (as per test)
14) तेल - 2 टेबलस्पून
