TASTE TEST | This is a magical hybrid between chocolate cake and the fudgiest fudge 🔥 Also, its not too sweet which makes it all the more addictive.

✍️ Ingredients for a 20 cm cake pan
5 large eggs
150 g brown sugar (light or dark)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
180 g butter
200 g bittersweet chocolate
1 tbsp thick caramel sauce
40 g all-purpose flour
A nice pinch of salt
🤜 Steps
* Whisk on high speed the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until frothy. Melt together in a bowl the butter and chocolate (microwave or double boiler). Add it to the batter and mix well.
* Stir in the caramel sauce, flour and salt until combined.
* Fill a 20 cm cake tin, buttered and lined with parchment paper. Let the cake rest for an hour in the fridge before baking.
* Bake your cake in a preheated oven at 390F (200C) for 5 minutes and then for another 40 minutes at 250F (120C). Let it cool completely. This cake is best eaten a day after, fridge cold!
