What I ate today:
- black coffee
- scrambled eggs and spinach
- chestnuts
- ground turkey laab
- pork chops, apple and tomatoes salad, boiled/baked potatoes
First day of whole30 was successful bc we meal planned the night prior. Keeping food simple and using lots of herbs and citrus notes to add a punch of flavor.
