To use the word “tragedy” when referring to the passing of Juice WRLD would be an understatement. He was just starting to gather momentum in spearheading the emo rap movement when he experienced cardiac arrest and was taken from us. In this video, we will be looking at what actually happened that day as well as celebrating his short but vibrant career. We’ll be reviewing his humble beginnings as a Soundcloud artist and will trace it all the way to his more recent releases and tour with Nicki Minaj. On top of that, we’ll be listing his critical accolades including his win of Top New Artist by Billboard Music Awards. We thought it would be important to include a coverage of those closest to him and pay tribute to his girlfriend and mother - two women he said shaped him. Lastly, we will be covering the staggering response the music world has had to his passing and will be showing you the heartfelt comments from Drake, Chance the Rapper and many more. Juice WRLD was taken too soon and we join in grieving this tremendous artist. His music was a gift and we will be celebrating his work for years to come.
