Ingredients:
1/2 kg Potatoes - Boiled in cooker
For batter:
1 and 1/2 cup Besan
Salt as per taste
Pinch of Bakind Soda
Water
Ginger Garlic Chilly paste:
8-9 Garlic cloves
1” Ginger
8-9 Green Chilly
For stuffing :
Heat 2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Jeera
Asafoetida
Ginger Garlic Chilly paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Boiled potatoes
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves
Green chutney:
Coriander leaves
2 green chilly
2 garlic cloves
4 Pudina leaves
Salt as per taste
Sugar
Lemon juice
Water
Coat the Vada stuffing with Batter and deep fry till crispy.
For Red chutney:
Dry Coconut pieces
1/2 cup Roasted peanut
7-8 Garlic cloves
Salt as per taste
Tamarind
1 tbsp Chilly powder
