Montgomery County raised a pride flag at Veterans Plaza in Downtown Silver Spring Wednesday morning marking the start of Pride Month. Throughout June, there will be activities scheduled, and the rainbow flag will be raised atop several flagpoles, both at county buildings and private companies.
