Once a baby turns one year of age it's recommended that they drink Vitamin D fortified milk and drink about 2 or 3 cups a day. However some babies aren't interested in drinking milk or some parents are looking for alternatives. It's okay to give your baby goat and sheep milk or other soy and rice based milk substitute products. If your baby won't drink milk then it's okay still if they'll just eat milk products, things like yogurt, cheese, ice cream, those sorts of things. If you're concerned about your baby's overall well-being and wonder about a supplement or those sorts of things it would be best to talk to the doctor and they can check your baby out, look at their growth, and decide if any other supplementation is necessary. If you have any other questions for me though feel free to ask them on our Facebook page and recommend us to your friends and family too.
