* 1/2 kg spinach/palak
* 1 cup boiled chickpeas.
* 1 onion finely chopped.
* 2 tomatoes, pureed in @balzano_in
* 1 green chilli, finely chopped.
* 1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.
* 1 bay leaf.
* 1 inch cinnamon stick.
* 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
* 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
* 1/2 tsp garam masala.
* Salt to taste.
