Tips for Choosing Your Word of the Year
A few years ago we ditched the idea of New Year’s Resolutions, and began choosing one word to focus on that year instead. This method is called "The Word of the Year". Have you heard of it?
We love this idea because we're able to reflect on the word all throughout the year, and see how we can incorporate it into our lives. We see it more as personal growth for the long haul vs. a goal to can cross off the list.
While this may be off topic from some of our other videos, we've had great success with this process and wanted to share it with you.
