Today on Booze On The Rocks, we made a Blue Kamikaze cocktail. The Kamikaze was originally created in the 1970s; this modified version of the original substitutes Blue Curacao for Triple Sec and adds simple syrup to balance the flavours out. And of course, it's Blue!! Try it out, and let me know what you think.

BLUE KAMIKAZE

1.5 oz/45 ml Vodka
.5 oz/15 ml Blue Curacao
1 oz/30 ml Lime Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Simple Syrup

Method

1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaking Glass.
2. Shake with ice for 10 Seconds.
3. Fine strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a Lime Wheel.
