This Miso Black Cod Recipe comes together in no time and will be your new favorite dinner to make!
INGREDIENTS
2 lb black cod, cut into portions
1/4 cup miso
1/4 cup mirin
1/4 cup sake
2 tbsp monk fruit sugar
STEPS
Add marinade ingredients to a small pan or saucepot and let everything dissolve on a medium low heat. This will take 20-30 minutes and it will start to turn into a caramel. Pull it and let it cool in a bowl.
Add marinade to your fish portions and let marinade overnight in a sealed container. Add to a sheet tray and broil on high for 4-5 minutes. If bigger filets, might take a few more minutes to cook.
