The Spanish relative pronouns: que, quien, el que, el cual, lo que, lo cual, cuyo, donde, and cuando are equivalent to that, when, where, which, who, whom, and whose. They are used to connect a relevant clause to the main clause and to eliminate repetition. Relative pronouns refer to an antecedent and are typically used in conjunction with commas and prepositions.

Yellow - the antecedent
Purple - the preposition (if there is one)
Green - the modified noun (only for cuyo)
