MANCHOW SOUP
Ingredients
Chicken stock 8 cups
Cabbage finely chopped 1 cup
Carrot finely chopped ½ cup
Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
Baby corn 2
Mushrooms 4 sliced
Green onion leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Corn flour ½ cup
Water ½ cup
Chicken breast 1
Eggs 2 beaten
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Lemon color a pinch
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Thai Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Chili oil 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat stock, add chicken with chicken powder, salt, color, chili sauce, chili oil, lemon juice and all the veggies, cook for 5 mins, thicken with corn flour paste.Lastly add beaten egg, leave for 10 secs and stir, then remove.

SCHEZWAN STICKY FISH
Ingredients
Fish fingers 750 gm
Corn flour 1 cup
Water ½ cup
Ingredients for Sticky Sauce
Oil 2 tbsp
Chili oil 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Ketchup 3/4 cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Orange color a pinch
Thai chili sauce 1 tbsp
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
METHOD
Wash and dry fish, mix it with thick corn flour paste and then deep fry in hot oil for 5 mins, remove and refry once again till crisp and golden for another 5 mins.
METHOD FOR SAUCE
Heat both the oils in a wok, add crushed garlic, stir for a min, add all the sauces, add in the fried fish in this sauce, toss well to coat, remove and serve immediately garnishedwith spring onion leaves.

DRAGON CHICKEN
Ingredients
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Egg ½ beaten
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Other Ingredients
Chili oil 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Ketchup ½ cup
Thai chili sauce 1 tbsp
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Water ¼ cup
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
METHOD
Heat chili oil, add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 mins, add all the rest, mix well, add fried chicken with little water, toss well, remove in a platter, sprinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately.

EGG FRIED RICE
Ingredients
Oil ¼ cup
Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Boiled rice 3 cups
Salt ½ tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Spring onion leaves ½ cup
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Carrot Chopped ½ cups
Egg 2
METHOD
Heat oil, add chopped garlic, egg cook well, add boiled rice with all the seasonings, spring onions finely chopped, mix well and serve.
