What are the symptoms of RSI?
What should I do if I have RSI?
How to treat RSI?
Repetitive Stress Injuries, also known as Repetitive Strain Injuries or RSI, are a group of conditions that occur as a result of repetitive motions and overuse of certain parts of the body, such as the hands, wrists, arms, shoulders, neck, or back. These injuries can be caused by a wide variety of activities, including typing, using a mouse, assembly line work, playing musical instruments, and even playing video games. Symptoms of RSI can include pain, numbness, tingling, and weakness in the affected area, as well as stiffness and difficulty using the affected limb or joint. If you developed RSI or other conditions related to your job, you may qualify for benefits under worker's compensation laws. Get checked out as soon as you notice the symptoms of RSI. For more information regarding RSI, contact Dr. Arkady Lipnitsky.
