Here's something unusual. It's Eartha Kitt giving a bravura performance singing "Moving Uptown" in the Broadway production of "The Wild Party" in 2000. However... if you compare it to the B-roll of the number, it does not match at all (first of all, it's David Masenheimer in the part of Burr, not Mandy Patinkin). As the staging is really different...I'm guessing it is from an earlier preview or a press dress or something before frozen for the B-roll.
