• Soyproducts

Although soy is quite healthy, it may not be a wise choice if you are trying to conceive. This is because soy contains large quantities of isoflavones that have an oestrogenic effect. This increases the estrogen levels in the body and a consequent drop in the levels of testosterone is seen. • Processed meats

• Dairy products with high-fat contents
